hi from a newbie looking for runners/yogis/lowcarb/vegetarian/canadians :)

Hi Everyone! I joined as a way to keep track of my protein/carb numbers and lose some weight. I am training for my second half marathon (properly this time) and have read a ton of research on the benefits of a super low carb, mid protein, higher fat diet for endurance athletes and recovery, which can be a little tricky as a vegetarian but I'm learning! On top of the running I am strength training and I have a daily yoga practice. Looking forward to connecting and getting tons of great advice and support!
