No one calls me fatty anymore (pics)

Earlier today, a family member sent me this picture with a comment that read, "Look how much you've changed!" I was very camera shy back then, so I don't have many pics at my largest size.



I've joined MFP in January this year after learning about it in a nutrition course. I've tried many programs and none really stuck until I started counting calories and lost 69lbs.

This pic was taken last year around this time:




So I busted my butt running:




and Lifting:




while still enjoying the foods I love in moderation:




Now, I'm more active:




Stronger:




Agile:




And have plenty of energy for my kids:




I see a totally different person when I look in the mirror:




I thank MFP and my group of friends that have helped me become a better person. Have faith and continue to push toward your goals.
