Hey all! I am looking for a good support group! My wife left me in June for no reason whats so ever. She took my 2 little girls with her who i love more than myself. I have been in a depression looking for excuses to eat and eat. Now its done! I woke up today said lets get it! No more Excuses!!! Please add me i will post daily and any new recipes or exercises i will share!!

    I went through the same thing but there are reasons, one day hopefully you'll be able to clearly see them or have her tell you.
