What are some good pilates videos? and workout videos to buy? I'm sorta lost considering there are so many! What do you guys think of the 30 Day shred and pilates as an exercise in general? Advice please, I'm 19 and really trying to get in shape for health reasons.

    Search Blogilates on youtube, she's so good! Her pilates workouts are hard and effective, but her personality is so happy and infectious you're still smiling through the pain!
