So i have just moved to a new city which means a walk to work of approx 3.6 kilometres and the same back again which i do every day. Then I am semi-active at work doing some standing and swim/run approx 30-40 minutes per day. I lost about 7 lbs within the first 2 weeks here then gained it all back + more over the past 3 weeks binging due to TOM/just so hungry! I think under eating led to binging. So I just wanted to ask all you people who have similar lifestyles, around what are your calories/day, calorie calculators just don't seem specific enough for this...

Log your calories and adjust every couple weeks as necessary. That will be far more accurate than any calculator

    True story...

These calculators are just meant to be a reasonably good starting point...they aren't gospel...nobody has a TDEE of exactly XXXX calories. To boot, people seem to have an uncanny ability to either underestimate their activity or overestimate their activity.

Your own personal experience trumps any of these calculators and trumps anyone else's experience.

    ^^This.

Just be consistent and as accurate as you can be at logging your calories and you'll know within 2-5 weeks whether its the right amount of calories for you and your new lifestyle.
