    I only nap if I'm sick. (and I am a sugar freak...and my workouts are finally back on track after a break...kickboxing this morning...tennis tomorrow...HIIT Wednesday...Pilates Thursday---unless I don't make it to HIIT Wed, then I'll do it Thurs...Tennis again Friday)
