Tough one! I guess Dairy. Have tried many times to give up grains with no luck!

No. I could easily give up meat (haven't eaten read meat in decades and don't eat that much poultry...although I do like seafood)...but I need my cheese and ice cream...and milk in my coffee (tried non-dairy substitutes and hated all of them)
