Pumpkin protein pancakes (pic included)

2 eggs
125g canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp baking powder
Half scoop protein powder (15g or so). I used the new Quest multi purpose flour, I'm sure u could use oat flour or any flour of your choice
Seasoning of choice, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumkin spice, stevia and a pinch of salt is what I used

Macros for batter: 243Calories P25g C16g F9g

I topped mine with 50g plain quark mixed with lots of pumkin spice, 1tbs honey, some in the quark and the rest drizzled on top. Lots of pumkin spice and 15g of Kind Peanut granola
