My Life So Far:

I'm almost done with my first semester at College. I grew up being bullied at school and abused by my father at home. In sixth grade I learned some bad eating habits to cope. In high school I was 150 lbs. Friends and family started to notice, so I started trying to lose weight. Every time I tried I would get sick with fever. Even eating healthy I gained until I reached my current weight of 211 lbs. I found out about three weeks ago that I've had hypothyroidism the whole time and am now taking medication, and I feel like a new person.



Favorite TV Shows:

Doctor Who, Once Upon A Time, and Merlin. These show's are beautiful works of awesomeness.



Favorite Books:

The whole Harry Potter series, all of the Arthurian Legend. I'm currently obsessed with the legend especially with Morgan Le Fay. She is so freaking awesome!



Favorite Video Games:

Sims, Minecraft, Runescape, Aura Kingdom, and forum role-playing games.



Why I want to get in shape:

I want to be more attractive, I want to know what it feels like to be able to buy nicer more attractive clothes. I want to be healthy and more confident.

  • Welcome. Glad another is heading down a healthier road. The best luck for weight loss is hard work. I am autistic, but I will compete someday in a lifting competition. I am learning about nutrition and exercise and how to fuel the body to sustain muscle and burn off fat. I am no expert, and there are many on here who are successfully getting leaner. I hope you read a lot. There is a lot to read here.
