Weightloss plateau

Hello
My weightloss has been stuck now for at least 8 weeks. I have cut out so much rubbish and I believe I eat the right amount of calories as I analyse my food on a weekly basis. I dont' starve myself, and I always fill up on things like carrots rather than chocolate bars these days. Would be lieing if i said, when i crave something and it doesn't stop craving I just have it, because I do. But I don't have it much, in comparison to what I used to eat.... I eat like a rabbit now. I was eating a tonne of fruit at the start, but now I am trying to eat more vegetables over fruit, and also more protein in the mornings - especially now winter has set in as I get more hungry.
I completed 30 day shred(lost quite alot on that) whilst doing 1 day a week in the gym, and 1 day a week doing an aquafit class. Then I completed 5 weeks of slim in 6 (didn't do week 6 because i stopped sweating so seemed like a waste of a week) with 1 day a week of the gym, now I am completing ripped in 30 with 1 day a week in the gym (week 1).
I am gradually looking to move up to insanity. I always take at least 1 rest day a week, normally a Friday night as it's too much of a rush when I get home from work.
I lost over 20 pounds (from 14 stone 2, now 12 stone 6/7) but I can't get below the 6 no matter what. Anyone have any ideas how I get over this? I went on a diet about 2 years ago and also got stuck on this weight, this exact same weight..................
By the way, I do have underactive thyroid (hypo) and take 150mg a day, my thyroid doesn't work at all as it's completely in the wrong place of my neck. Let me know of any ideas.....!

Eat less. There is no such thing as a weight loss plateau. It is a made up phenomenon.0

If I cut out any more food my body will just go into starvation.

Wrong. We have establiished that you are already eating too much so that is impossible0

Unfortunately, restricting calories is probably your only option.
About how many calories do you eat right now?0 -
Starvation mode doesn't exist. Can you open your diary?0
