Hi there
Im new to MFP but have been calorie counting for a while now and want to know if going about things right
My Stats:
19 yr old Female, 5'10'', 65kg (goal 60kg)
i eat about 1700-1800 gross calories a day (which seems a lot)
i exercise daily usually
5-7km run 5xweek
walk the dog 1 hour daily about 6km
ride horses 3-4 horses per day they are all high level eventers (1*& 2* eventing for any horse riders out there) so they get worked fairly hard and also do general stable chores such as mucking out etc,
mostly i want to know if im eating enough/to much as i feel like i'm losing muscle mass
i always log my calories burned from my running and walking but dont log my riding calories as unsure about the burn and generally look at it as a safety net if my calculations are a little off
any advice would be appreciated

are you trying to lose/gain/maintain? whats the scale doing?0
-
im trying to lose 5kg, the scale been pretty stationary the last 3 weeks ive been between 64-66 up/down but on average ive stayed at 65 and i record accurately, weigh everything etc and eat healthy (before that i dropped from 68kg)0

why do you feel like you're losing muscle mass? if the scales arent moving, you're not losing anything.0

i just look noticeably less toned in the stomachache, legs and arms than normal (the last 2 weeks there has been a noticeable change even my BF noticed)0
