What are some healthy sauces?!

Options
When I didn't read nutritional labels (before mfp) I used to cook with whatever sauce I wanted to but now I'm realizing how unhealthy they are.

For example, I would add oyster sauce to my chicken stirfry but recently realized only a tablespoon has almost 1000mg of sodium!!

So what are some healthier sauces I can turn to so that my food doesn't taste bland when i'm cooking or marinating?
