bloating

Hello,

I am down to a weight of about 126 or so and am 5'6". For months and months I have been working out constantly and trying hard to eat right. I am proud of myself for what I have been doing, although some days I do have slip ups. BUT... lately I have been constantly bloated! When I wake up in the morning my stomach is pretty flat, but throughout the day it just gets bigger and bigger, it seems no matter what I eat. By the time bedtime rolls around I could literally pass for a 5 month pregnant woman, no exaggeration.... Does anyone have any advice for me? It is very discouraging to be working so hard for so long and still not feel comfortable with my stomach. Thanks so much to all the other hard working dieters out there!
