I joined 20 pounds by Christmas group in September, tracked my food, but not much else. And realized last week, this is not getting me anywhere. Now, I am at the gym every day. Working on going to the gym five days a week until Christmas.

I guess losing weight actually takes work! Sigh. I thought it was going to be easy!
