The first picture shows me in 2008 at 115kg(253lbs). I altered my lifestyle and over the following years, dropped down to 85kg(187lbs). If it's a regular part of your daily life(hence the lifestyle change). Then the weight loss is what is expected. Helped by 2 things. My Fitbit pedometer and using Myfitnesspal to log my daily food intakes as well as some exercise additions. I am quite content with my current weight. But still use my Fitbit One to monitor how active I should be to stay healthy, also still logging with Myfitnesspal to keep a check on my intakes/outgoing foods.
