Body Recomposition: Straight Maintenance or Calorie Cycling?

I'm attempting a body recomp. I am 5'11", 162 lbs at 15% body fat. As far as my diet goes, my macros are set to 40/30/30. Should I eat at maintenance both on off days and training days, or would I get better results if I calorie cycled?
