Going there tomorrow night for dinner. Love how I can have so many options depending on how many calories I have left! Any recommendation? Anything to avoid?

I have a gift card for them I will be using in the next month or so...be sure to post your post-dinner experience if you can.

I love the coconut cream pie dessert. It's amazing....I mean if you have enough calories for that or to share it.

I usually just get the bang bang shrimp. That's the whole reason I even go there.

The bang bang shrimp is AWESOME. Also love the diablo shrimp fettucine, lily's chicken, and their side salad with the hearts of palm and pine nuts <3

Yeah I know the nutrition info, I was just wondering what was good! I don't like spicy so the shrimp is out, lol. And I promised myself I wouldn't have dessert this time. The pasta looks great but I don't think I'll have 1000 calories to spare. I guess I'll go with the sirloin and crab cake dinner and figure out the sides depending on how many calories I have left.

swordfish with the pumpkin ravioli! Huge portion of the fish, with feta cheese on top and a small portion of the ravioli, with a side of corn/lima beans. So yummy (and I don't even like lima beans, but these were good)!

Bang bang shrimp and their bread and pesto are the only reasons I went to Bonefish.

The ravioli looks great but I got to watch my calories tonight... been eating too much lately. And no swordfish tonight :(

So they serve bread eh? That always does me in, lol!

I'm kind of blown away that the mussels are so high - well over 1,000 calories. I wonder why that is?!

Oh ok it's a special. It looks good... but probably too many calories too! Bah!

I don't think they have mussels right now, but yeah, typically it's what they put in the broth that make them very high calorie, although I'm guessing you don't actually consume all the calories as you typically don't drink the whole broth. Who knows...

I like the pecan crusted trout. And their house salad with hearts of palm and crumbled blue cheese is hard for me to resist. My husband and I usually split a salad because it's big. They usually have great specials too. I am a big fan of Bonefish Grill. Enjoy!
