I do a lot of HiiT using body-weight exercises. I also bought some dumbells to incorperate other strength training moves.

There's a millions resources out there. Here's the first link that came up after doing a google search of "Bodyweight exercises"

There are excellent workouts in the "New Rules of Lifting" series of books. Many of the exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment.

A lot of free videos here (grouped beginner to advance and most indoors):

Many more across the internet. Just do some searches with various search terms to see what you can find.

Also, check the blog on this site.

Also lots of fitness equipment sales coming up in November. I have a semi-recumbent bike and "Gazelle" like glider (motion like cross-country skiiing). By buying equipment that isn't top of the line and on sale, I've spent just over $200 for my home "gym". Just do your research, read reviews and the questions/answers on Amazon.com. For instance, the 'stride' on the Air Walk glider is great for me at 5'2" but might not be enough of a stretch for someone taller. For them, the Gazelle might fit better. I figured this out by reading questions and responses on Amazon.

There are loads of bodyweight routines you can do.
    Good resources are:
Bodyrock HIIT http://www.dailyhiit.com/hiit-blog/hiit-workout/ It's quite female orientated but there are pretty tough workouts on there.
You are your own gym - YAYOG https://www.marklauren.com/apps.html
    Also convict conditioning http://convict-conditioning.com
    Nerd Fitness http://www.nerdfitness.com/resources/

    Hope that helps.

There's literally thousands of websites and apps around for all sorts of indoor exercises. Depends on what you want really. Big machines? Body weight exercises? Dumbbells or other small weights? Yoga. The list of things to do indoors is almost as long as the list of online sources to find it.

My current obsession is this one http://neilarey.com/

There's bound to be stuff on YouTube as well. Have a browse around and see which ones work for you.

I have a lot of workout dvd's. I have a lot of dancing ones just for fun. Walking ones just for extra activity. Depends what you like, really. There's tons of options. Youtube is a great resource. You can check the library for books and dvd's, too. I love Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme.
