hi im rererangi today its my sons birthday he had mcdondlds pancakes for breakfast and i refrained- i came home was real good n had my eggs and bacon - i was extra hungry after drooling on the smell of his pancakes -then i logged in my weight loss and the mfp thing said i should change my goals since id lost 4.5kg ok so i did thinking i was going to get more allowance but err no im down to 1250 allowance - had my my eggs n bacon which was a bit over half my daily allowance- i scoffed couldnt refrain myself, from a lamington (high carb) and some whipped cream as i was making my boys cake + i tucked into some strawberries - its only 2.30 and ive had all im allowed - owe dear !!! feeling bloated and full tho - i love my night meals fact id save my day cals for night food most days so today is going to be a real challenge - im going to try the water diet till morning
