What protein shake mix do you recommend

I'm an 18 year old female 5'2 95-97 lbs I'm wanting to get lean and defined abs . What regimen should I follow ? What's your regimen and how has your progress been with getting lean ?

    What does your subject have to do with your post??? But to your questions...

    Eat an appropriate amount of calories to gain or lose weight.
    Lift weights, the heaviest you can, to retain as much muscle as possible.
    Do some cardio.
    Do some stretching.

    Be more patient than you've ever been in your entire life. Then be more patient.

  • I go to the gym every weekday, and do gravity training at home on Saturdays, with Sunday as a full rest day. Each gym day I start off by running 1.5 miles before lifting. Core is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday is shoulders, back, and chest. Wednesday (on top of core) is biceps and triceps. Thursday is legs.

    As for supplements, I use iForce pre-workout. When I'm done, I use millennium sport IBCAA and inner armor 100% whey protein isolate.

    I cannot recommend the millennium sport IBCAA enough. Since beginning it, it's been amazing.

    You're not lean at 95lbs? Crazy...
