Hii Guys I am Umesh (U.J.) from India but i am living in Kigali Rwanda right now.
As per the atmosphere changed when i came here so actually i gained weight & size both
I got tense and as a result i got all my Trousers out of my size. These days i am just depressed. after a 12 hour job from 8-8 can u guys think of exercise i dont think after a hard brain exercise on single chair after 12 hours.
just i need some frndz who can help me out with diet & exercise shedule & guide me.& if u cant guide me i am lovely frnd also
