About Me

I am just getting started with MyfitnessPall and this looks like a good place to engage I am a 66 year old Vietnam Veteran who has always enjoyed exercising. Currently I am on a "mission" to lose about 5 pounds from my current weight of 162. I started to approach my health focus this last March when my weight was at 179.4 Too much for a short to the ground type like myself (5 ft 7 in). I incorporate my version of a FIT approach to my workouts and currently I workout 6 days a week for about an hour and involve a plyo, cardio, weight, core at sets of 15x4 each. Anyways.......I will weigh in tomorrow and provide my current stats!!
