Thought I would share some of the things I have noticed in the last 50 days since I joined MFP.
Little bit of background= 50 days in and down about 10lbs, Have not gone over my set calories once! Yay me!

I feel much better, I sleep better and overall I'm a better person, That aside I have noticed little things that are kinda cool. For one now that I weigh my food and stick to portions it feels like my body knows what the portions should be.. Ex Say I have lots of cals left and set myself up with a double serving for dinner, When I get half way through I feel full and don't want to finish!

I no longer crave a lot of the junk I use to eat, And I still eat it but only as a small treat now and then. also now that I upped my protein I find when I eat I can feel it fueling my body almost right away! Almost like a supercharge to my system.

Anywho I'm enjoying this new lifestyle and I hope my friends are doing well too!

    Thanks queenliz99, I will stay with it for sure. I have the most respect for the peeps doing this and dealing with real life, work etc. I have been off work for 2 years due to a head on car crash that left me in bad shape.. So I can devote my day to sticking with this! It will be a challenge next month when they finally let me back to work!
