    I need to go to a gym where there are no muscles or fifties.. Seriously I walk in there all yes I can do this... Feeling great... Then you get a man or woman with the perfect figure and they do everything with ease... I leave feeling a failure :cry: :joy: anyone else or just my own issues? Lol

    Determined_ella_89 I used to feel like that when I first started Zumba. Then it was motivation. And a lot of those people were very helpful with me. I learned a lot. So I say give them a chance. They might help you
