I'm Chris and started using the myfitnesspal and runtastic apps a few months ago and decided to give the community a try. To be honest my weight was not getting any less at all. So decided to try something different - you know what they say, you cannot expect to get a different result by doing the same exact thing, or something like that. So I decided to start the Cabbage soup diet, yes i've heard it has a bad rap for be the the fad of all fad diets, but I have one goal, to get my program started instead of stuck in neutral. The biggest complaint i've heard about it is the lack of some nutrients or something like that but i've been taking supplements for years and have no deficiencies in that regard - unless myfitnesspal is lying to me. ;)
