Looking for motivation and inspiration! :)

I decided last week that I was going to lose weight come hell or high water! I've always been overweight and am now looking to lose about 40lbs through exercise and healthy eating. However these two have never been my strong suit, so I need some motivation! If anyone had any tips on how to make running easier after a lifetime of avoiding any and all physical activities, that'd be great! :smiley:
