Hey!

I had never been conscious about what I was eating on a day to day basis but I recently gave up smoking (which led to alot of snacking) and noticed the scale going in the wrong direction! My husband swears by myfitnesspal, so decided to give it a shot, and found it to be fun and informative. I'm not a really active person, but started practising hot yoga a few months ago and love it. My goal is to lose 20lbs, looking for all the motivation and suggestions I could get :smile:
