You know that point right between drunk and sober but stronger than tipsy when you're coming down from alcohol? I always binge around then, why??? Does anyone else have this problem?? I've tried to stop it before by just eating healthy things but even then i go overboard.......why do i eat so much??? I don't understand, and if i did maybe it would help me stop it......anyone have any tips or explanation?

I find drunken sushi to be good, and I've been engaging in it for the last 1.5 hours. Hopefully I can go over 220 flags tonight.

you could stop drinking to the point of being so drunk you don't know what you're eating... between drunk and sober but stronger than tipsy????? :::shrugs::: I have no idea what that even means. :D

Or it could be more to do with your ED, have you switched over addictions as sometimes ppl do, to alcohol.

Maybe you should think about curbing your alcohol intake. Just a suggestion.

EDIT: And seeing as how you said this in your profile "I am relapsing from recovery from Bulimia and Anorexia" maybe you should quit drinking altogether since it leads to binging.

Are you at home when drinking or out? Sometimes if I brush my teeth I don't feel such a need to eat. Do you eat anything beforehand? I don't binge as often if I am not hungry. And, I agree with the other posts about alcohol lowering impulse control.

Not only does the food have calories but the calories in alcohol add up.
Is it a particular type of food you binge on? Maybe stay away from that when you are drinking.
