How do you input exercising with a DVD? I did Weight watchers Next Move dvd.. 20 min strength training and 20 minutes cardio abs. I did a search and found both but it won't come up when I try to add it to my daily exercise. Can yo help a newbie?

I would use one of these as a rough estimate for calories burned under Cardiovascular.
Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort
Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort

Good morning all. I personally use a Timex Ironman Road Trainer heart rate monitor (chest strap) and watch combo to properly track my calories torched and time spent. I input it under a title I create like "Next Move DVD" and consider it to be cardio just like @CyberTone suggested.0

Thank you. I have a polar hrm but it doesn't give calories burned. It gives me the low reading & high reading and number of minutes worked out. Is there a formula for figuring calories burned?0
