Starting a weight and exercise program with my fitness pal

I'm a middle aged woman struggling with my weight. I'm concerned with becoming diabetic. I've already had both knees replaced, and a hip replacement. I'm have arthritis, but I exercise in the pool regularly and take walks when I can. I know I need a support system and going to meetings always ends up in failure for me. I'm seriously hoping this will be my support system to get me to my goal!!
