Figuring out calories needed for maintaining and MFP predictions

So I plugged in my food for today and completed my entry. MFP predicted a weight gain of .7 over the next five weeks. Should I lower my calorie intake or do you think that is considered ok/maintaining? Thanks!

If anything, I would add more activity if at all possible. If I do a rough calculation, it is a net calorie difference of 70 calories a day. I find that I stay within a range of up or down three pounds, not an exact weight in maintenance. I am good with going up a pound, to answer your question.. maintenance is fun.0
