How many calories are you allotted per day? Also, what is your age?

Have you been weighing and logging your food?

How many calories did MFP recommend for you?

I am certain you could be eating about 2500 hundred calories and still be losing.

Are you on any particular meds?

Weigh your food. You are probably eating more than you realize. And 15 days isn't very long depending on your goals.

Without working out, and just doing day-to-day activities, your TDEE is around 2800 calories, so you should be losing weight eating anything less than that. 1800 - 2000 calories would be fine, but I believe that you're eating more calories than you think.

Like others have already said, you should weigh your food, and not use the cup measurements on the nutrition label.

You're eating more than you think... Weigh everything.

I gained two pounds my first two weeks due to increasing my activity. But yes, you reallydo need to purchase a food scale. It's eye-opening to see what a serving size is compared to what you've been eating.

    So much this.

The first thing I weighed with a food scale was a 1/2 cup serving of kidney beans. Per the nutrition label, that 1/2 cup serving should have been the same as 113g, and there should have been 3.5 servings (1 1/2 cups or 395.5g) in the can.

I weighed out the 113g, and it was WAY more than 1/2 cup. It left only 90g in the can, so there was only a total of 203g in there to begin with; although, I do not doubt there were 1 1/2 cups.

In this way, I would have actually been eating less had I used the food label, but either way, it still stands that food labels are notoriously incorrect when dealing with cup measurements.
