Carol's Work out schedule

On Monday, Wednesday and Saturday my day will be filled by Biggest Loser on the Wii(30) and my Recumbent Bike for 30 mins.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday my day will be filled with Jillian Michales 30 day shred followed by 30 mins of strength training.
On Friday is weigh in day with Biggest Loser wii. I also will be doing 30 mins of walking on Fridays everyother week, opposite those weeks will be Yoga with Bob Harper.
If anyone wants to join in on this, they can. Other wise I need encouragement to keep at it. For I like to slack or make excuses not to exercise. Thanks ahead to anyone who post encouragement.
