New to My Fitness Pal. Trying to make changes to food and lose the pounds brought on my lazy habits. I'm a walker for exercise. It's easy to do in FL except for those summer months from June - October when it's so hot and humid. Found that walking the perimeter of a Walmart 3 times will give me about a mile. Looking forward to seeing the exchange of motivation.
