Low calorie "good" elephant ears

I have the biggest sweet tooth imaginable, so naturally I try to cheat a bit and come up with "good" for you sweets.
Here's my low cal elephant ears
1 Joseph's heart friendly pita bread
1 tsp. sugar
Sprinkles of cinnamon
Sprays of Pam
Spray the pita with Pam and put into skillet on med to high heat. Brown both sides. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (I use Ceylon Cinnamon...I think it's sweeter. I also spray again with Pam to hold the sugar on a little more).
So, there's Pam and sugar, but there's also some good things!

Seems with the OP's recipe, you'd get more food for less calories. Although I'd use melted butter, it doesn't take much and it's delicious.0

define "good" sweets, as opposed to "bad" ones….0

Ha! Taste... as long as they are better (more protien, more fiber, less non-food items)!
Good one!
And yes, I use butter when I'm below calorie count. Otherwise Pam. Butter makes everything better!0 -
Sounds good and even better if you bake your own pitas!0

I love love elephant ears and I love those Stacy's chips - so do my kids! It would be a great alternative to make my own with whole grain pita! Thanks for the tip.0

I've done this but with whole wheat burrito shells. It works the same. I like it better than Stacy's because you can eat them when it's still warm.
