I swear if I eat another salad, I think I might turn into one...I need more ideas of what to bring to lunch at work. Its a normal breakroom type setting with a fridge and a microwave. Im looking for things that maybe I can prepare a head of time, or just really easy. I liked doing salads because I premade them on sunday in containers, then just took one everyday. It was super slick. Thanks!!

Chicken & vegetables, Turkey and vegetables, pork and vegetables, steak (nom) and vegetables...etc etc - prep and put into containers just like you did with a salad

I like to make a pot of soup of Sunday, divide it into tupperware containers, and then take one each day. I've been making this one:

I make it with turkey sausage and it comes out to around 300 calories, 21 grams of protein.

This week I made these chicken roll-ups-- they look really good. I haven't tried them yet, but I can't think of a reason why they wouldn't be good.

They came to 110 calories, 17 grams of protein per roll. I figure I'll have 2 rolls per day.

Yams, potatoes, chili, soup, rice or noodles and veggies, enchiladas. Bring whatever you like.
