Finding it hard to go back on a healthy eating plan...

I started losing weight about a year and a half ago and ended up losing about 80-90lbs. I was 155lbs for quite some time until just a few months ago I began to loosen up my diet plan. I was eating meat again and lots of sugary and salty junk. I gained about 30 lbs back in only 3 months and it is not too fun. I am having trouble actually committing to a healthy eating plan and even bringing myself to go to the gym. I was addicted to exercising and loved it, but now just the thought of doing it makes me sweat. Is this happening to any of you? Other than saying you're going to do it what else motivates you to do it? Do you guys have special things you do or anything? I was fit and loved it, but now I think about how much I love eating and eating lots and lots of food. I'm an endless pit! Help?!
