Happy Sunday everyone!
It's officially been 2 weeks and 2 days since I started my weight loss journey.
Of course I get discouraged a TON and I'm sure there's more of it to come, but I ran across this great motivational picture and thought everyone would benefit from it!
I want results as fast as the next guy or gal, but I know that isn't going to happen. And it DEFINITELY won't happen if I don't do anything about it. So I say to everyone, keep pushing, you will see results! And so will everyone else!
