best pre-spin class snack

I am attending Spin Classes after work.... immediately after work. I am sticking to a low carb diet, so I will usually have yogurt for breakfast and a protein salad for lunch. I may throw in a cheese stick or piece of fruit as a snack mid-afternoon.

But I find myself going into class hungry and think I can get a better workout if I ate something about an hour to 90 minutes before class. But I also want to stick to low Carbs (80/day).

Any advice on what my late afternoon snack should be to get the most out of class but to also stick to my low carb goals?
