Increasing calories Q

I want to lose another 13lbs and I think when I get to my final 10 I'm going to change to 0.5 per week instead of 1lb as I'm currently eating 1230 and couldn't manage going much lower! My 0.5 would be 1450 a day.
Just wondering when switching to 0.5 is it best to gradually increase calories by 50-100 a week or to just jump up 200? I worry that the jump could stall my weight loss? Hope that makes sense

Doesn't matter. It won't stall weight loss because you will be at a deficit. You will already be losing slower anyways. Do whatever is most comfortable0

Thank you for the quick reply. I've figured it'll be slower anyway with Christmas coming up I'll definitely want the extra calories!0
