I found this new diet on tumblr called "The Skinny Girl Diet". I decided to try it and After the fifth day i saw results. I lost close to 10lbs in five days by drinking water and working out 30 mins a day and eating only the calories I was allowed. I thought it would be easy because your allowed to eat as many fruits and veggies as you'd like. I couldn't stick with it because I felt like my body was going into starvation mode. My friends have tried this diet and stuck to it the whole thirty days and longer. I have no idea how they stuck it out that long but i couldn't do it. That diet was driving me insane! I had never been so hungry in my life. This diet works but I wouldn't encourage anyone to do it. Yes you do lose weight but when you stop doing it you gain all of it back fast and it was very devastating for me. Stick to eating healthy and exercising and dieting the right way. Don't fall for this kind of stuff it's not healthy at all and it mental torture.
