No matter what I do, I can't stop gaining weight and its driving me crazy. I've gained about 12 lbs in the last two months and I can't stop it! I eat pretty healthy, and I dance around 13 hours a week. I'm really annoyed that I can't fit into a lot of my clothes anymore. I really need help losing weight, but it's sometimes hard to eat healthy at lunch because I'm on a budget. Please help.

A caloric deficit = weight loss. After inputing all of your stats into MFP, along with your goals, it will give you a number. Stay within that caloric allotment and you will lose weight. Make sure you're weighing and measuring everything. As far as lunches, pre-log and preplan and you'll do great.

Errr yes you can. You are eating more than you burn/ Eat less than you burn and then you will lose weight. Have you tried that and counted calories plus weighed food to know its acccurate and you know you are at a deficit? Doesnt sound like it.

Not really. You cna go to a maket to get fruit and veg plus you can make soup. The only thing thats relatively expensive is protein and even then you cn aget decent deals on chicken breast.

If you are serious then learn to use the site properly, read the stickines and start logging your food. You will need to eat less or burn more.

If you aren't counting calories you are going to have a more difficult time losing weight. Eating "pretty healthy" does not equal a calorie deficit and dancing "13 hours per week" doesn't either if you are eating more calories than you are burning.

Weigh and measure than log what you're eating and drinking. That means absolutely everything you put into your mouth that contains calories. I'm betting you will be very surprised.
