I am getting braces on in a couple of days and I will no longer be able to eat some of the foods that I loved eating. I also need to stay on track and lose weight. I have no idea what I will eat for breakfast in the morning that is on the go. Some mornings I don't have time to make oatmeal or a smoothie so they are out of the question. I would love some meal and snack ideas that won't make me gain weight. Thanks!

You can get up a little earlier so that you have your smoothies.
Brie cheese. Eggs. Yogurt. Cottage cheese. Pureed soup. Cold cuts. Bananas. Apple sauce.0
