My husband, who is generally wonderful, came up with an interesting turn of phrase today. A friend brought very awesome German gingerbread Christmas cake and offered to leave it all here. Several times throughout the day he offered and I insisted he take most of it home. Hubby finally pointed out that I have been "working very hard at eating more responsibly."

For some reason, I really like that wording.
