I'm a maid on honor for my best friend in August. When I got the dress I was 10 lbs less than i am now. I don't want to have the dress altered if anything I want to be able to take it in. I need some support and motivation to keep myself on track.

Start with your eating. Log everything. Cut the processed junk. Second, add in some movement. Look into resistance training. Focus on making yourself healthier with fitting in the dress as a secondary goal. Invest in some Spanx/awesome support garments if need be.0

I am actually in the exact same boat. I am a bridesmaid in my friends wedding in September. I was also 10 pounds lighter when I purchased the dress. I decided to give the 30 Day Shred DVD a try again as well as log everything.0

Great news! You have about 2 months to lose the extra weight! Log everything you eat and stay close to your recommended calories. Add in some extra exercise.

Stay on track. If you do you may still need to get it altered...down!0
