Ok so I've been monitoring my calories and I haven't gone over. Still the scale isn't budging. The only thing I can think of as to why it isn't is my water intake. I've lacked in the drinking department. I haven't worked out either. Reason bring was because I want to focus on one thing at a time before introducing exersize. Any advice?

Drink water. You're retaining water cuz your body isn't hydrated.

How have you been "monitoring" your calories? Logging everything? Weighing with a food scale?

Logging it as well as measuring. I don't guesstimate anything when it comes to logging

If you aren't using a food scale, I'd suggest getting one.

Also, how long has this stall been for? Are you still losing inches?

Then you are likely eating more than you think. Use it to weigh EVERYTHING.

Try weighing all solids. Pasta, cheese, even vegetables, etc, should all be weighed. You might just need to tighten up a bit.

I'm one to talk. I've been a mess with my weighing and logging lately. This is a good reminder for me.

? I don't know what you mean. There's almost always a weight in parenthesis.

If you search for produce raw, it usually gives options for grams, especially if you type in USDA with it.

Who knows. Could have been an accident or you've got someone who just revenge flags you when they come across a post of yours because they don't like you.

I try to drink a gallon a day even though I have to go potty 1,000 times a day! I noticed that it keeps my scale from fluctuating. I'm not saying it helps you lose but that it stops the ups and downs from water retention. I also think it helps with regularity. I felt myself getting a little "backed up" (sorry if that was TMI) and really upped the water intake. It got me back on track.

It can also help to curb hunger or cravings I am told.
