This isn't really the most girly of romantic comedies, but it's my favorite of all time: As Good as it Gets. It verges on black comedy, but in the end it is a romantic comedy. All of the pain makes the eventual triumph that much sweeter. Don't get me wrong, though, it is a damn funny movie.

I'm sorry to disagree with previous posters, but Interstellar sucked pretentious goat balls. It is also not in the same galaxy as a romantic comedy. Just sayin'.

I might lose some man cred, but I like:

    50 First Dates
    Something's Gotta Give
    Just Go With It
    Lost In Translation
    P.S. I Love You

That last one is probably the LEAST manly movie, but I actually liked it.

Second the vote for the Proposal or Miss Congeniality.

I'm not a big romcom fan, but the Bridget Jones movies and Love Actually always make me smile.

Never heard of the term "romcom" before. I think I just threw up in my mouth. No offense.

    Baha! Ditto!

"Moulin Rouge" is actually one of my all-time favorite movies.

Oh, also "Singin' in the Rain" is really good for a romantic comedy.

Oh, and how could I forget "My Fair Lady"?! Definitely an upbeat, romantic comedy/musical.

This is random, but here goes: I finally watched Breakfast at Tiffany's, which so many people have described as one of their all-time favorites and... WTF? It's that good? I disagree!

Die Hard my family's favorite Christmas movie, too, but I accept it as a romantic comedy. Our second favorite Christmas movie: Die Hard 2.
