Anyone with a histamine intolerance?

Hi all,
I have a histamine intolerance which can result in some pretty bad symptoms, right up to anaphylactic shock.
The only way to manage this is to try and avoid foods that are high in histamine. Reactions seem to be pretty individualised so there is no 'one size fits all' diet solution.
I'm on MFP due to wanting to loose weight and was just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat?
