if i want to lose some weight or burn fat
is it okay to eat for breakfast (not everyday - most of the days)
Half yogurt fat 2% with one serving fruit and some nuts?

    No.

    Not enough food IMO.


    You can eat things you would think are truly terrible for you and the calorie intake isn't that high
    Especially if you consider that your breakfast provides a large part of your days fuel, and can help prevent you from being hungry later.
