Tummy Problems while on Maintenance

Got down to my target weight at 130 and then some over the summer. I've stuck to 1200-1400 calories, but I've been upping it to 1600 for maintenance and to help with my long distance running and training between races. I normally don't have chronic stomaches, but ever since I've started eating more, I've been in pain off and on, especially at night before I go to bed. (TMI - It feels like I always have to poop!) But when I try to go, nothing happens for a least a day and half. While I haven't gained any additional weight, I'm tempting to go back down to 1400 to stop feeling so awful. I think part of my problem may be not drinking enough water with my larger intake of food, so I'm body isn't flushing it out as quickly as it used to. Even when I was eating 1200, I was going at least 2 to 3 times a day!

Try more water and fiber and see...0

Are you getting enough fiber in? Sounds like that might be an issue.
